THE BLESSINGS FROM PARENTS
Many parents today lack confidence in their God-given role to bless and
spiritually guide their children, having been disarmed by religious
indoctrination that outsources this responsibility to preachers. When a child
seeks their parents' blessing for marriage, child dedication or other pivotal
life events, too many parents feel unqualified to bestow these blessings
themselves, defaulting instead to hiring clergy who contributed nothing to the
child's upbringing.
Imagine the utter absurdity of Abraham on his deathbed seeking out
Melchizedek to transfer familial blessings upon his Hebrew lineage! Or Isaac
deferring to priests instead of personally blessing his son Jacob! Or Jacob
himself abdicating the blessing of his twelve sons to clergy rather than
operating in his ordained patriarchal headship! After Almighty God used these
men to raise their subsequent generations, how preposterous to rely on
outsiders for mere performative rituals and proclamations!
Christianity has grievously propagated the false doctrine of generational curses, undermining the capacity of parents to wholeheartedly bless their children's lives and destinies through prayer.
This stands in defiant
opposition to the prime commandment to honour one's father and mother - not
redirect that honour to religious leaders incapable of fulfilling parental
callings.
The church's unlawful reinterpretation of this simple command lays bare its self-serving indoctrination overriding scriptural truth.
Only returning to
the pureness of Yahweh's familial order - fathers and mothers speaking
blessings over their children's lives - can redemptively displace religious
counterfeits supplanting ordained parental blessings.
