Christians vs Disciples (Part One)

 Christians vs Disciples (Part One)

*Acts 11:26 -And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the DISCIPLES were called CHRISTIANS first in Antioch.*

Christians shouldn't call each other Christians; Christ asked Believers to make DISCIPLES of nations, not Christians. Holy Scriptural appropriate names for Believers in Christ are *Disciples* not Christians, and only outsiders are allowed to call you a Christian, not fellow Disciples/Believers. I wonder why some churches today bear names like Christian churches, which are already off-label scripturally. Antichrists know this ignorance, using it against Disciples.

If you don't accept, a Believer telling you they're smoking or drinking booze in the name of Christ, we shouldn't accept naming and registering any Church as a *Christian church* in the name of Messiah.

Christ never told His disciples, ye are little me. On 2nd thought, the spirit in Christ is also in every Born-again Believer as Co-heirs not fanatics; calling yourself little Jesus Christ, is saying the spirit of Christ in you is little Christ, different from the spirit in Christ himself. Some of these ideologies in the church are so dumb, that you've to be dumb not to think twice about their true meaning. I am a disciple of Christ, period! I am not little Christ roaming the earth.

No wonder the antichrists like minimizing Believers, you call yourselves little Christ, so Satan treats you as little believers. Please we've to Stick to what's inside the Holy scriptures; don't call yourselves what Christ didn't associate with.

The LGBTQx movement is right to call themselves Christians, they're just followers or fans of Christ, and they're not disciples in any form or fashion. Likewise, non-believers in Christ don't understand the difference between A follower of Christ and a disciple of Christ, so they'll just call anyone attending churches Christians, which is appropriate from their perspective.

But those in the body of Christ can't call themselves Christians, except the person is just a follower too, not a disciple.

Followers don't learn from Christ, they're just admirers. Disciples take time to study and learn from the teachings of Christ and the entire Holy scriptures to implement in their lives. Do your homework.

Book of Revelation, letters were written to the seven churches, not to the Christians in the seven zones. All Apostles used terms like beloved, brethren, and saints in Christ in their areas, not to the Christians in Rome or other precincts.

The word Christians was used in Antioch only, no other regions where the gospel was preached, not even used by Christ or Apostles amongst themselves or their disciples, so how come Christian is the only word used amongst Churches today? Back to basics is the best option to unlearn false ideologies in our churches. A lot of church people would say it doesn't matter, you're just followers of churches, never a disciple of Christ. We all act as we are.

Seems it's only in Naija we don't know there's a difference between a Christian and a Disciple. It was difficult for me to decipher the difference till I decided to study by myself, rather than what church people defined. Christ had many followers in His time on earth, but few disciples. Same as today, the body of Christ has so many Christians, but few disciples. It is not hard to understand, save the conflicts with your religious brainwashing.

The Christians are the religious-minded Church goers, who would rather argue with disciples what the Holy scriptures didn't say, but always agree with everything their preachers told them, not minding it's not inside the scriptures.

*Mark 4:33-34 -With many such parables, Jesus spoke the word to them, as they were able to hear and understand it; and He did not say anything to them without [using] a parable; He did, however, explain everything PRIVATELY to His own disciples.*

Followers (Christians) of Christ received parables, but disciples of Christ received an explanation of the parables privately. Christ isn't a Christian, stop using that phrase. Same as today the true preaching in the body of Christ is a mystery to followers (Christians) in churches, but the Holy Spirit takes the disciples aside to explain details in their private study. Easy to know now where you belong, you're either a Christian or a Disciple.

*Matthew 7:22 -Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?*

Christ fed 5000/7000 followers (Christians) with his disciples. Christ healed the followers (Christians), so miracles happened to Christians as well as the disciples. Christians benefit from following Christ. Revelation knowledge is given to the Disciples, not to Followers (Christians). The difference in 5 foolish virgins were Christians, while 5 wise virgins were Disciples. Many are called followers, and few are chosen as Disciples. The Christians perform miracles too. Goats and sheep were both in the field.
