I. Division of the Nations and Israel’s Unique Heritage
For in the division of the nations of the whole earth, he set a ruler over every people; but YISRA'EL is YAHUAH'S portion:' Whom, being his firstborn, he nourishes with discipline, and giving him the light of his love does not forsake him.
Deu 32:8-9 When El Elyon divided to the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of men, he set the bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Yashar’el. For Yahuah’s portion is his people; Ya`aqov is the lot of his inheritance.
Yahuah took Israel and gave each nation of Earth to be managed by different spiritual teams (not fallen angels); that's how you'll understand the Prince of Persia in Daniel's story.
II. Assignment of Spiritual Angelic Princes to the Nations
Dan 10:13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Miyka’el, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia
Scripturally, each nation on Earth is allocated to a spiritual angelic Prince (not princesses, not queens) by Yahuah. These spiritual Princes became corrupted like the King of Tyrus Ezek 28:12; also, 200 Watchers in the time of Enoch were asked to watch over mankind but fell in love with women to breed Nephilim. In the time of Daniel, another set of spiritual Princes defiled themselves by accepting idolatry & worship from their nations, and these Princes are referred to in the general title SATAN (ACCUSERS) of the Hebrew people's bloodline.
The PRINCES (SATAN: ACCUSERS/ADVERSARIES) are angelic guardians of each nation on Earth; they decided to gang up against Yahusha Ha'Mashiach, knowing he was assigned to bring judgment against all of them, both physically and spiritually.
When the Scriptures call out nations of the earth, they refer simultaneously to physical and spiritual nations, bearing the same name, including the Hebrew bloodline.
III. Corruption, Rebellion, and Legal Operation of the Angelic Princes
Paul, in Col 2:10 and Eph 6:12, called them Principalities, powers, and spiritual wickedness in heavenly places. Satan is a title for ACCUSING ANGELS, not for one singular being.
IV. The Heritage of the Torah and the Judging of Angels
V. Prophetic Lamentations and the Role of the Protector
Eze 28 prophecies against angelic Princes assigned to nations on earth. This Cherub Prince was perfect before allocation to the people nation of Tyrus as his inheritance; he became the spiritual King of Tyrus, corrupting him with pride. The Devil wasn't perfect in Eden or assigned a nation before he fell he roamed. (Referring to the sons of Elohiym in Job 1:6, gathering to give a report of each nation in their justification before their corruption.)
Angel Michael was assigned to the Hebrew nation as a protector. Now imagine that Angel Michael corrupted himself by accepting worship from the Hebrew people and hijacking them from Yahuah. That was what happened to most of the prince angels assigned to different nations, like the Prince of Persia. Although the corrupted angels did not receive instant judgment from Yahuah, that does not mean they were not in the wrong for accepting worship from people. The Devil roams from nation to nation, deceiving the assigned angels to accept worship from people.
RECAP
We have explored a preview of the ordained structure that governs the nations of the earth and emphasizes Israel’s unique status as Yahuah’s chosen portion. It begins by illustrating how, in the division of the nations, every people is given a ruler, yet Israel is uniquely nurtured with discipline and divine love, as affirmed in Deu 32:8-9. This divine framework is established by assigning each nation a spiritual angelic Prince appointed by Yahuah to oversee and guide the nations. Dan 10:13 exemplifies this appointment, while references in Matthew and Corinthians further reveal that these Princes were intended to serve a pure, divine mandate.
However, corruption
occurred when many of these spiritual guardians succumbed to idolatry and
embraced unauthorized worship, earning the title of Satan, the Accusers. This
rebellion, documented in 1 Chronicles and Psalms, shows how these angelic
Princes legally operated on earth yet turned their authority to oppressive and
corrupt practices. Their collective actions, aimed at intimidating the Hebrew
people, led to significant spiritual and physical conflict.
Despite these
challenges, the Torah remains the sacred heritage of the Hebrew bloodline, a
divine legacy of knowledge and spiritual guidance, as highlighted in Sirach
17:10-11. This Torah not only illuminates the path to righteousness but also
serves as the standard by which humanity will ultimately judge angels, as Paul
explains in 1 Corinthians 6:2. Prophetic lamentations in Ezekiel expose the
tragic downfall of once-perfect angelic beings, while Angel Michael’s role as
protector underscores Yahuah’s commitment to safeguarding His chosen people.
This comprehensive summary weaves together prophetic insights, divine mandates,
and the enduring power of the Torah, urging a thoughtful reflection on the
cosmic order eternally.
